Create a Plan Snapshot

Save a version of your plan at a particular point in time.

Who can use this feature?

Users with this permission capability:

  • Planner

  • Plan Administrator

Not sure if you have this feature or capability? Reach out to your administrator.

  1. In the Scenario picker, located in the upper-right corner of the planning grid, select the scenario you want to create a snapshot for.

  2. Click the More actions button on the right side of the Scenario picker.

  3. Click the Create snapshot.
  4. In the New snapshot dialog, type a name for your snapshot.
    Tip: Type a descriptive name so you know where to find the plan metrics for analysis.
  5. Click Create.
